I'll show you how to brew your first potion. It's called "Potion of Good Luck".
Leaves of red cabbage are boiled in advance and the broth is cooled. The decoction turns out to be some kind of blue-red color. Then the following ingredients are thrown in there in strict order:
- crushed dragon eggs (washing powder) - the color of the liquid becomes green,
Leech juice (vinegar) - color changes to pink,
Crushed vampire teeth (soda) - a lot of foam appears and over time the color of the solution becomes blue.
Now you will brew the potion yourself. Today we will learn how to brew a potion that will lift your spirits and fill you with energy.
Magic potion recipe
Add boiled jellyfish and dried dragon eggs to the cauldron.
Add immortelle leaves.
Stir 3 times clockwise and 3 times counterclockwise.
Carefully combine the resulting mixture with the crocodile tears.
Stir 3 times clockwise and 3 times counterclockwise.
Pour in 2 tbsp. l. bat saliva.
Stir 3 times clockwise and 3 times counterclockwise.
Add 3 tbsp. air crystals.
Stir 3 times clockwise and 3 times counterclockwise.
Place on the stove and cook for 20 minutes.
Let it brew for one quarter of an hour.

Hello, dear readers, guests, friends. Recently Uli (Dasha’s friend) had a birthday and it so happened that we had to celebrate it at home in a small circle. Since everything turned out very unexpectedly, I did not have time for thorough preparation, only a few hours. Therefore, I took as a basis the script for the holiday that Tanya Pirozhenko held for Katya.
So, when Ulya came to visit us, I told her that we had been waiting for her all day and suddenly a witch appeared and hid her birthday gifts and now we don’t know what to do. Suddenly, we found a letter from the director of the school of magic, in which he promised to help us find gifts if the girls pass all the tests and learn magic.
Dasha made the crowns this morning with my help. We cut the paper roll into 2 parts with teeth, Dasha painted the parts, I made holes for the elastic, Dashulka decorated them with crown stones. So we put them on the girls’ heads, as if taking the first step towards becoming fairies.
The next stage of becoming a fairy (sorceress) is a magic wand. Actually, we need to go through all the stages in order to defeat the witch and find gifts. The girls began to make a magic wand from chenille wire and beads. Stringing each bead, they named the quality that they endowed the wand with, for example, it will help people, it will control the weather, etc.
The wands are ready, you need to check whether they turned out magical or not. To find out, you need to use a stick to blow up a soap bubble (we have a loop at the end of the stick). We checked for a long time and with interest. The experiment showed that wands are magic!
To go looking for gifts, we just needed to get an unusual animal that would help us. I gave the girls cards with animals and captions, cut into pieces, and they flocked to create their own animals. When they added up several and read their names, I invited them to choose one for themselves and tell them what kind of animal it is, what its strength is, what it can do, etc.
To go fight the witch, one animal is not enough, you need to learn magic. To do this, I drew a circle with 8 sectors. Each sector has its own symbol, which will help you become the master of a particular “element”. With their eyes closed, the girls touched the circle with their finger and, depending on the sector that fell out, they received a task that they did together. For example, pointing at a dragon, they had to depict its menacing roar, pointing at a cloud, depict thunder and lightning, etc. Having completed the task, they became masters of the weather, learned to hear the language of animals, etc.
And then the moment came when they learned everything and the time came to fight the enemy. To do this, they learned several spells that could be useful to them and went to look for the witch, but she ran away, and a ghost blocked their way. They immediately remembered the spell and drove it away. They never found the witch, but their animals, using the “hot and cold” clues, helped them find Ulina’s gifts.
The birthday of one of the students of the school of magic is a wonderful holiday! But everything has its own order - on this day all children will have to attend witchcraft lessons, earn diplomas as experts in magic and enjoy the fun to their hearts' content!
At this holiday, you can start from any image of a school of magic; fortunately, there are quite a few of them represented in modern literature.
Turning an apartment into a castle where the school is located is very simple. After printing out the majestic coats of arms, stick them on the walls. Hang balloons here and there, such as inky blue and yellow ones. Cover the table with a blue cloth with silver stars sewn on it. Handwritten invitations can be sent either in an envelope with a colorful feather attached to it - as if from an owl, or in the form of a scroll tied with a scarlet ribbon. You can add a seal with a symbol embossed on soft wax, and a color print on paper of the coat of arms of one of the faculties of the school of witchcraft.
Having presented a letter to the guards at the castle gates, arriving students receive caps with stars and magic wands, as well as wide cloaks, round glasses, in a word, all the details that will help them feel like little wizards.
Children can decorate the sticks themselves using self-adhesive strips of paper and tinsel tassels.
In the large hall where all the teachers have gathered, the first thing you need to do is say congratulations, and with a wave of your wands force your gifts to appear on a separate table, and then learn from the strict teachers about today's schedule.
Where is it? According to the magic map with hints, it is there, but the page is completely blank! Sympathetic ink (such as milk or apple juice) will appear when warmed over a candle.
First, guests will be treated to a performance, for which the parents or the hero of the occasion will need a young magician’s kit so that the children understand all the secrets, and they can even repeat them.

Using the young chemist's kit, an alchemy lesson is taught, but there is no stone... however, they manage to create a note with hints. The path lies through a labyrinth drawn on the floor.

Host: There is a lot of mysterious and unusual things in our castle. You will find a Secret Room where the treasure is hidden. And “hints” will help you find your way. Here is the first one.
There are small, curled pieces of paper placed throughout the room. We need to collect them all, open them, and whoever finds a smiling face drawn on them will exchange this drawing for the letter that I have. Then you need to assemble a word from these letters.
Children assemble the word "BLOOD" from letters.
Host: Remember in the movie “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” there was blood on the castle walls? Look for the inscription.
In the most unexpected place, I hung a poster on A3 paper, painted on a stone wall with the inscription “LOOK FOR THE SNAKE...”. Of course, the words were written in bright red colors and drops of blood flowed from these letters. The children are looking for a snake (the snake was the most common - a toy, wooden one). The snake has a folded leaf sticking out of its mouth.
Leading. Unfold the sheet. There is a crossword puzzle here and you need to guess the keyword.

Children solve crossword puzzle and keyword "book". Then they look for the book "Harry Potter" on the bookshelves and find a leaflet in it. The sheet of paper looks completely clean (I drew a magic sign with milk in advance).
Host: For this clue you need to use magic. Need a candle.
The presenter holds a piece of paper over the candle and the outline of a magical sign appears, any one you can think of.
Host: Everything is clear, it is this magical sign that hides treasures.
Children are looking for a drawn magic sign. Hidden underneath is a box with gifts for children.
I bought cars for the boys, and a set of mirrors, combs and pins for the girls. Don't forget that they still have "magic wands".

At first glance, it seems difficult to accomplish this, but in fact it took me two days to do everything. Of course, a trip to the toy store will still take time. But believe me, it was worth it. The holiday turned out wonderful!

Competitions and entertainment:
1).Decorate a magical invisibility cloak. Participants are given sheer fabric, stickers, glitter, sequins, glue and are encouraged to decorate the robe as they wish.
2). Prepare a potion and tell what it is intended for (love spell, healing, soporific, etc.). Young wizards are provided with various juices, fruit purees, milk, fruits, berries and whipped cream for decoration, and shakers.
3). Guess the password to the portrait fat lady in pink.
The portrait of a fat lady was the entrance to Gryffindor tower. The password to it was constantly changing and many students did not always know it, so they could not get into the tower.
The essence of the competition is to guess a password of 1-2 words. Young wizards can ask the lady leading questions, to which she can only answer with “yes” or “no.”

5). Quidditch- the most popular game among wizards. You need to prepare for this competition in advance. Quidditch swords can be tennis balls, one of which needs to be painted gold - this will be the Snitch. The balls need to be hidden in different parts of the house - the competition will be about finding them. Participants are given pieces of paper with hints.
For each white ball found, the team is awarded 10 points, for finding the golden snitch - 50.
6). Patronus. The essence of the competition is to draw your patronus as a person imagines it. After all, according to the book, it is different for everyone, only close relatives can match.
Participants are given drawing paper, markers, colored pencils, and gel pens.
7). Levitation- the art of floating in the air. For the competition, participants need to be given soap bubbles. The winner is the team whose bubble hangs in the air the longest without bursting.
8). Transfiguration is the art of transforming one object into another. The presenter invites the participants to turn first into animals, then into pieces of furniture, then into sweets, etc. They, in turn, show the result of the transformation through pantomime - so that the presenter guesses what they turned into.
9). Philosopher's Stone- one of the difficult tests of the evening, but, on the other hand, it was not easy for Harry Potter either.
The presenter says the following words: “You will fight for the right to possess the philosopher’s stone. Only the very best deserve it. And to prove this, try to pass a serious exam. I will read to you the wise thoughts of the greatest minds of mankind, and you must complete these phrases. The one who is more accurate will win.”
Participants write down their answers on the card in order. Whoever completes the clever sayings correctly will have the philosopher’s stone “light up” (you need to find a crystal-shaped lamp in advance and turn it on for the winner at the end of the competition).

The scenario for Andrey’s neighbor’s birthday “School of Wizards” was invented for 5 years together with Andryushin’s mother. :) Andryushin's dad bought a gift - a magician's set with a hat, a cloak and a set of children's tricks. This also brought up the theme of the holiday. All those invited were given the task of preparing a family trick; Andryushin’s mother sewed outfits in the form of magic cloaks and hats for the children and parents.
So let's begin! Where are you guys today? To the School of Magic! What do wizards have? That's right, a magic wand! (pencils pre-painted with silver paint) Only they are all the same - let's decorate them. (cut strips of self-adhesive paper and stars that glow in the dark are glued onto sticks) For each training test completed, the children were given a piece of a map on which the location of the Amulet of Power was marked.
1. And now the teacher of magic subjects is waiting for us! We go to the room where magical objects from fairy tales are hidden - an invisibility hat, an apple on a silver platter, a self-assembled tablecloth, a ball, a mirror. The map appears, we determine the location of the Amulet using a pendulum (a string with a ring). We run, find the Amulet (a circle made of salt dough with the inscription “So be it!”, divided into 5 parts - according to the number of participants in the holiday) We fold the Amulet, come up with one wish for everyone, say the magic words. Then each student takes a piece on a string and stores it until next year, when they can all get together again and make a wish. The director of the wizard school appears and hands everyone diplomas! Mascara, applause. Then a family magic show, magic dishes and karaoke. By the way, the recipe for a magic salad: On a large dish, in equal piles around the perimeter, put grated raw carrots, grated raw beets, grated cheese, finely chopped green onions, finely chopped catfish, fried in a large amount of butter, eggs. In the middle we put hunting sausages, cut up and stacked in a woodpile, pour alcohol over them, and set them on fire! Possible with the lights off.
